Meet Our Principal Consultant | Evangeline ‘Vang’ Elder
Evangeline ‘Vang’ Elder brings innovative brand strategy and partnership development to cultural platforms, creatives and brands across music, entertainment, lifestyle, consumer goods and wellness. The Oakland native is the CEO & co-founder of Women Sound Off (WSO), a cultural platform launched in 2016 for ambitious women to thrive that has gained notoriety from the likes of Forbes, The Guardian, Washington Post, KQED and more. WSO has become a nationally recognized brand and safe-haven for creative women to build their careers & network, all while elevating their wellness and confidence.
In addition to her community endeavors, Evangeline has been working in brands for 13 years—with a concentration on strategic partnerships, brand building & business development.
Evangeline served as the Director of Brand Partnerships at global indie label EMPIRE from 2019 - 2021, becoming a vital member of the marketing team across R&B, hip-hop & overall brand activations. Evangeline then served as the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships at Roc Nation from 2021 to 2022, securing deals with White Claw, DoorDash, Jack Daniel’s, D’usse, Soho House, Peloton and more. She then moved onto Will Packer Media from 2022 to 2024, to lead integrated marketing for the women’s media division, crafting large scale campaigns and partnerships with Hyundai, European Wax Center, SheaMoisture and more.
As a full time consultant since 2024 and principal strategist of All Angles, she’s worked with media powerhouses such as Femme It Forward, HOORAE and more.
Evangeline got her start in music, spearheading 10+ album rollouts through All Angles Agency from 2014 to 2024: transforming streaming presence & digital marketing for artists, building artist camps from scratch, organizing performances/tours and establishing trusted relationships across the industry with key execs at Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, CAA, WME and more. Her hands-on strategy and 360 approach to understanding artists has allowed her to play a key role in the independent music scene.
She’s spoken at Indie Week, Music Biz, Afrotech, New York Music Month and Women Sound Off festival. She’s also led private brand workshops for Canva, Keychange USA and Red Bull.
Evangeline’s ability to disrupt the brand marketing & partnership space continues to shift today's limited ecosystem for cultural platforms, artists and brands—with inclusivity at the helm of her work, along with brands such as Dove, Diageo, Puma, Levi’s and more.
