The program is structured around learning and application. You’ll participate in 2 core workshop days covering (1) brand & market positioning, (2) culture & community theory, (3) brand offerings & integrated marketing, (4) partnerships, (5) deck building & pitching and (6) assigning resources, budgeting & margins.
Next, you’ll apply that knowledge in a dedicated 1:1 session where we jump into how to actualize what you’ve learned in your brand roadmap, providing real time support and feedback on your brand strategy.
To close the loop, the accelerator culminates in a virtual presentation day, where you’ll pitch your brand in front of a curated audience of peers, invited guests, and select brand partners—because strengthening your voice and confidence is just as critical as building the brand itself.
You’ll also walk away with custom brand and pitch deck templates, not just notes.

Culture and Community Theory: Explore how culture, identity, and community inform brand meaning. We’ll examine how brands earn resonance and trust—and how community shows up as strategy, not just aesthetics.
Brand Offerings x Integrated Marketing Strategy: Assess how your brand shows up across moments, platforms, and touchpoints. This module focuses on aligning what you offer with how it’s experienced, and how that alignment supports growth and collaboration.
Brand Partnerships: Clarify what partnership actually means for your brand. We’ll focus on alignment, value exchange, and defining what you bring to the table when engaging collaborators or external brands.
Deck Building + Pitching: Develop a clear, confident narrative for presenting your brand. This session emphasizes structure, storytelling, and presence—so your deck and your voice work together.
Budgets, Resources + Margins: Understand the realities behind sustainable brand building. This session looks at how to think about resourcing, prioritization, and margin awareness so your brand decisions are grounded in both creativity and viability.
